As a co-founder at Med-DX, I am passionate about developing user-friendly medical prognostication tools that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning. Med-DX is a mobile device application that enables clinicians and patients to access calculators capable of predicting outcomes for various medical conditions and procedures, such as resection of skull base tumors and gliomas.
In addition to my entrepreneurial venture, I am also completing two degrees Spring 2025: an MBA at UC Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, and an MD at UC Irvine - College of Medicine. My academic background and interests span across biochemistry, molecular biology, neuroscience, and spine surgery. I have authored two books - including one on Alzheimer's disease and another on the future of technology in medicine - and I have multiple patents, publications, and awards for my innovative research on dural closure techniques, neuromodulatory devices, and epigenomic biomarkers.
Through my education, work, and research, I aim to advance the field of neuroscience by creating novel solutions that improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance clinical decision-making. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and explore new opportunities in the intersection of medicine, technology, and business.
